Do you thrive in a nurturing, child-focused environment where every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference?We're looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Brierfield.Apply now and help shape brighter futures for children who need it most.About the Role Lily Lodge is a solo EBD home, providing our young person a safe, caring and structured home environment.As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a key part in the running of the home and the needs of your young person.Responsibilities Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and professionalsSupporting care plans and helping young people achieve their goalsLeading by example and supporting junior colleagues on shiftPromoting a safe, clean, and happy home environmentEncouraging learning, development, and independence in every childKeeping records up to date with care and professionalismWhat We Are Looking For A minimum of 12 months experience in residential childcareA Level 3 Diploma (or above) in Residential Childcare (or an accepted equivalent)A full UK driving licence – essential for transporting young people and attending external meetingsA calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to careBe able to work shift patterns including sleep ins (rota given in advance but likely to be 2-on, 4-off)Candidates must have to work in the UKSuccessful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
