We're looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can‐do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.

What does a Cover Supervisor do?

Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly

Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track

Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

What we're looking for:

A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can‐do attitude

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly

Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential
