Admissions Officer – University Applications & International Admissions
Greater London (Hybrid) | Full-Time
Role
We are seeking a highly organized and student-focused Admissions Officer to join our growing team in Greater London.
This hybrid role is ideal for a professional with experience supporting students through university application and admissions processes across the UK, Europe, Canada, and the United States.
The successful candidate will advise prospective students on university selection, application strategy, admissions requirements, and visa procedures while maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners and delivering an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students throughout the university application and admissions process for institutions across the UK, Europe, Canada, and the US
* Advise students on course selection, entry requirements, application documentation, deadlines, and admissions procedures
* Provide guidance on personal statements, supporting documents, and visa-related requirements
* Manage student inquiries professionally via email, phone, and virtual consultations
* Liaise with universities, pathway providers, and institutional partners regarding applications and admissions decisions
* Maintain accurate student records and application tracking systems
* Conduct information sessions and support student onboarding activities
* Ensure a high standard of client service and responsiveness throughout the admissions cycle
Candidate Profile
* Experience in university admissions, higher education consultancy, international student advising, or university application support
* Strong understanding of UK and/or European university admissions systems
* Familiarity with UCAS and/or international university application procedures is highly desirable
* Familiarity with student visa processes and compliance requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple student applications and deadlines efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or admissions management systems
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
