PLUS: We actually make a difference to people lives and support them to live their dreams which makes us feel good!The Perfect Candidate Will Tick the Boxes Below:· You'll be a people person· You'll already have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately we don't have a sponsorship licence!)· You'll have at least 6-months care experience (any less and we can't move forward)· You'll have cared for people before (and loved it !)· You'll have tremendous confidence supporting and caring for people· You'll have read the job description and thought "this job is for me!"· You'll be able to write care reports that social workers love to read!· You'll be motivated by making a difference to people's lives· You'll be reliable, hardworking, and all the usual stuff too!WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:6:50am – Cruise to the person your supporting's house6:57am – Make a cuppa, while you get a handover from the night staff7:24am – Support the person to get up and ready7:55am – Help make a delicious breakfast8:34am – Gather bags, water, and lunch for the day8:54 – Bathroom Break (you can do this whenever you want this is just an example!!)9:07am – Support person into their car9:13am – Drive to horse riding activity!9:47am – Support person to engage with horse riding activity11:38am – Support person back into their car12:03pm – Have lunch!12:38pm – Go for a walk13:16pm – Bathroom Break (again... No pressure to schedule these!!)13:35pm – Support person with medication14:14pm – Write up support notes from the day14:33pm – Handover to afternoon shift14:42pm – Enjoy the rest of the afternoon!The reality and the best thing about working in care is that every day is different!The Nitty Gritty:This is a Care Assistant/Support Worker agency role. Which means you get to pick when you work , but just as importantly you get to pick when you do not work!You'll be providing care and support to a range of care services, and as such the hours of work will depend on the service.
