We are recruiting for experienced NIGHT Senior Care Assistants for temp-perm positions on behalf of our client, a 5 star residential home in Pudsey, LS28.These positions are available immediately for the correct candidates. You would register with Care Connection Partners for a 10 week probationary period, upon successful completion of which you would then move over to our client as a permanent employee.Full time rota (minimum 33hrs per week)We are looking for dedicated, hard-working Seniors that can effectively run a team of HCAs, take responsibility for the management of the floor and Service Users whilst on shift, and take responsibility for any decisions that need to be made on a nightly basis to ensure the smooth running of the facility.
