You will be the first point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner for hiring managers, ensuring a consistent, values-driven, and legally compliant recruitment process throughout.

- Build strong relationships with home managers and operational leaders, advising on job design, candidate assessment, and selection best practice.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and maintaining quality and value for money.

- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office; able to produce and interpret basic recruitment MI.
- Resilient, tenacious, and target-aware, with a genuine drive to fill roles with the right people, not just quickly.
Desirable Skills
- Experience recruiting for regulated roles subject to CQC or similar oversight.
- Familiarity with Skilled Worker visa sponsorship and the UKVI framework.
- Experience managing agency relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Knowledge of employer branding and candidate attraction strategies.
