Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional Front of House presence within the residential building
- Carrying out regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas
- Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors, and contractors
- Monitoring access to the building and maintaining site security
- Responding to queries and incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
- Reporting any security or maintenance concerns appropriately
