Counterbalance FLT Driver / Machine Operator

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance FLT Driver / Machine Operator to work at a busy 24-hour production facility. You'll play a key role in mixing products to ensure smooth operation of the plant and consistent product quality.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership of your work, maintain high standards, and keep production running efficiently throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor mixing and bagging machinery
  • Ensure consistent product quality and accurate output
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area
  • Work to production targets and deadlines
  • Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting where required
  • Distribute stock using the Counterbalance FLT truck
  • Support continuous improvement and training initiatives
  • adhere to health and safety policies at all times

About You

  • Forklift experience essential - however we can accept inhouse and expired licences
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and performance-driven

Shifts:

  • 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts 6-6 - rotating days and nights
