Graduate Teaching Assistant Primary | Brentwood | September Start Are you an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant looking to support learning across a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Brentwood? This opportunity allows a Graduate Teaching Assistant to step into a key classroom role, supporting pupils, maintaining routines and ensuring learning continues smoothly throughout the school day.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to deliver pre-planned activities, provide targeted support, and help create a calm, purposeful environment where pupils feel confident and ready to learn. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

• Holds a strong academic background including a 1st Class or 2:1 in their relevant degree
  
  
• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Is confident supporting a primary classroom
  
  
• Brings reliability, initiative and a proactive attitude
  
  
• Can adapt quickly to different year groups
  
  
• Enjoys supporting childrens learning and development
