Junior Vehicle Technician

Job description

A growing independent automotive workshop is looking for a Junior Vehicle Technician to join its friendly and experienced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's workshop experience who is keen to develop their technical skills, gain exposure to diagnostics and repairs, and build a long-term career within the motor trade.

What you'll be doing:

• Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
• Assisting with mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Supporting diagnostic work and inspections
• Completing workshop paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping

What we're looking for:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• At least 12 months' workshop experience
• Basic mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
