  About the Role | ARP Teaching Assistant

  • Support students with autism and additional needs in both 1:1 and small-group settings
  • Support students in subjects such as Maths, Art, Photography, Psychology or Science
  • Work closely with teachers, SEND professionals and pastoral staff to ensure students feel supported, understood and confident
  • Build positive relationships that help students thrive socially, emotionally and academically

  What We’re Looking For | ARP Teaching Assistant Suitable candidates may include:

  • Psychology graduates with strong Maths, Science or Art knowledge
  • Maths, Science or Art graduates with an interest in neurodevelopment and SEND
  • Graduates with strong A-Level results in Maths, Science, Art, Photography or Psychology, including an A or A* in at least one of these subjects
  • Individuals with a genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and inclusive education
