Admissions & Sales Coordinator (Remote)

£15 per hour

10 hours per week

Fully Remote

UK-Based Preferred

Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys speaking with people and converting enquiries into customers?

Brainology is looking for an experienced Admissions & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming parent enquiries, convert leads into trial-day bookings, and ensure every family receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to attendance.

This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm enquiries from parents who have already expressed an interest in our programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Contacting new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email

✅ Building rapport with parents and understanding their child's needs

✅ Converting enquiries into booked trial days

✅ Following up consistently with prospective families

✅ Managing all leads within our CRM system

✅ Keeping accurate records and notes on every enquiry

✅ Confirming attendance ahead of each Saturday session

✅ Providing Site Managers with attendee lists and student details before each trial day

✅ Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales, customer success or lead conversion

✔ Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills

✔ Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

✔ Experience using CRM systems

✔ Highly organised and detail-oriented

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently

✔ Professional, reliable and customer-focused
