Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - SEN School, Walton-on-ThamesWalton-on-Thames | Full Time | Start After May Half Term or September 2026A specialist SEN school in Walton-on-Thames is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with special educational needs within a supportive and inclusive environment.Working HoursMonday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pmWednesday: 8:30am - 4:15pm (CPD included)Friday: 8:30am - 2:30pmThe Role:Support teaching and learning across the schoolDeliver interventions and small group activitiesWork closely with teachers and support staffHelp provide a positive and engaging learning environmentSupport pupils with a range of additional needsLocation: Walton-on-ThamesRequirements:Applicants must:Have Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) experience or hold a recognised Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualificationHave experience working within an SEN settingHold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain oneHave the right to work in the UKBe able to commute to Walton-on-ThamesThe ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.If you are interested in this full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) opportunity, please apply today through Academics.TPBN1_UKTJ
