Our client, a respected provider of healthcare services in Bridgend, Mid Glamorgan, is seeking a part‐time Healthcare Support Worker.
Role: Provide compassionate care to clients requiring additional support and assistance with daily living activities.
Hourly rate: £14.24 per hour.
Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
Administer medication according to care plans and maintain accurate records.
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Engage clients in social activities to promote wellbeing.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Genuine interest in healthcare and compassionate nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development.
Experience in a healthcare or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
