Our client is looking for proactive and customer-focused individuals to join their London-based team. They currently have openings within their event campaigns team, supporting customer engagement and sales activities on behalf of recognised brands.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals looking to develop new skills within a customer-facing environment while receiving ongoing coaching and support.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional at engaging with customers
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive team
• Able to deliver high standards of customer service
• Strong English speaking and writing skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers and our client due to the nature of the role.
• Full-time equivalent availability (5 full days per week).

No previous experience is required for this subcontracted opportunity. Individuals with experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Promotions, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Front of House or other customer-facing roles may have transferable skills that are relevant to the position.
