The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist to join a private organisation in West London, working across both clinic and school-based settings in a split role.

Details
The role involves providing paediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of developmental, sensory, and neurodevelopmental needs. You will split your time between clinic-based sessions and school-based support.
Responsibilities
- Manage a paediatric OT caseload across clinic and school settings
- Complete functional, sensory, and developmental assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes
- Support children with sensory processing, motor skills, and functional independence
- Work collaboratively with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide strategies and training to staff and parents/carers
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy (preferred)
- Knowledge of sensory integration and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Ability to work independently across multiple settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
