Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy and growing logistics operation based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, your duties may include:

Delivering and collecting palletised freight across Birmingham and ST postcodes
Completing deliveries via forklift offload or tail-lift kerbside delivery
Operating company vehicles safely and professionally
Using powered pallet trucks provided onboard vehicles
Completing allocated routes within required timeframes
Using company delivery Apps and systems (full training provided)
Maintaining communication with transport and operations teams
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Minimal manual handling required
No nights out required

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

Aged 25 years or over
Holding a valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Holding a valid CPC Qualification Card
Having a minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
Comfortable working independently
Professional, reliable and customer focused
Possessing good route planning and time management skills
Having excellent spoken English

Driver Requirements

Valid UK Class 2 Licence
Valid CPC Certification
Maximum 6 penalty points for minor offences only
No DD, DR, DU or insurance-related convictions
No history of driving accidents or insurance claims (must be disclosed)
Commercial driving experience essential

Pay and Benefits

Working with Quest Employment offers:

£17.00 per hour
Overtime paid at time and a half after 45 hours worked per week
