Everything you need to know about the role
As an Associate/ Research Executive or Senior Research Associate, you’ll be central to designing, managing, and delivering high-impact projects for healthcare clients. You’ll have the opportunity to shape research from the outset, work closely with decision-makers, and contribute to strategic client discussions.
- Leading or supporting the creation of project plans and research materials that address key client questions and business challenges.
- Managing projects end-to-end, proactively resolving challenges.
- Translating client needs into clear hypotheses and ensuring research is designed to effectively test them.
- Driving complex analysis, guiding junior colleagues, and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Leading confident, engaging client communications, from kick-off meetings to final presentations.
- Crafting compelling, insight-rich reports and presentations that prioritise the most impactful findings.
- Building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for future collaborations.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members where applicable.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a consultative primary market research environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by delivering work that exceeds expectations. You’ll bring:
- 1+ years’ experience in healthcare market research with involvement across the full project lifecycle (Senior-level candidates will bring 2+ years of experience).
- Relevant degree.
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, or hybrid research skills.
- Proven client management skills.
- Strong organisation and time management, able to juggle priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, innovative mindset and ability to adapt.
