Job description

My client is a well-established and trusted domiciliary care provider who deliver high-quality, person-centered care to their private, elderly clients, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes while maintaining dignity and choice.


They are now seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop their Wrexham branch.


Role and Responsibilities


As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards.


This is a key leadership role, requiring strong operational management, team leadership, and a passion for delivering outstanding care.


You will also be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota, providing management support where necessary.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wrexham service
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of coordinators, supervisors, and care staff
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and legislative requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within domiciliary care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
