Job description
About New Health
New Health is the consumer health and online pharmacy service of MedPal AI plc (AIM: MPAL), a UK-listed digital health and pharmacy company. We make good healthcare easier to get. UK-registered clinicians work alongside a clinician-trained AI assistant available on WhatsApp, covering everyday health needs - from clinician-led weight management to men's hair loss, men's sexual health, and more. Every consultation is reviewed by a UK clinician.
Every prescription is signed off by a UK clinician. Every medication is dispensed from our own automated UK pharmacy hubs in Runcorn and Swaffham, regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Our AI is trained by clinicians, not in place of them.
The Role
This is a senior advisory position working directly with our Head of Clinical Services and leadership team. You'll review our existing governance arrangements, identify gaps, implement improvements, and help establish the infrastructure expected of a high-quality, CQC-registered digital healthcare provider.
Immediate start. Part-time, 15 hours per week. Fully remote, with occasional attendance at our London office (180 Strand, WC2R).
Must be located in England, you must have a right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
