Complex Healthcare Assistant in East Malling! Superior Healthcare is recruiting Complex Healthcare Assistant to support a young client with complex care needs in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centered care to a client who thrives on engagement, routine, and meaningful interaction. She lives in East Malling with her family (parents and older siblings) Shift Pattern- nights Monday 19.00pm-06.00am Tuesday 19.00pm-06.00am Thursday 19.00pm-06.00am Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centered care
• Encouraging and participating in activities such as arts, crafts, and reading
• Promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
• Responding to communication cues and building rapport
• Experience and awareness of suctioning and tracheostomy would be preferable.
