Are you an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Direct Mail, print management, and client relationship management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two campaigns are the same?
Paragon Brand Services is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Lead Supply team, helping some of the UK's leading brands deliver impactful customer communications while driving commercial value, service excellence, and innovation.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for translating client objectives into successful campaign delivery, managing complex print and direct mail projects from brief through to execution. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
Reporting to the Account Director, you'll play a key role in:
✅ Managing end-to-end direct mail and print campaigns
✅ Building and strengthening client relationships
✅ Delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial objectives
✅ Identifying cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities
✅ Supporting account growth and development plans
✅ Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Mentoring and supporting team members
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused professional who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key experience includes:
• Proven experience managing complex print and direct mail campaigns
• Solid account management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of margins, forecasting, and service delivery
• Experience working within SLA and KPI-driven environments
• Problem-solving and project management capabilities
• Ability to adapt, lead, and influence across teams and suppliers
