Educare Recruitment is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Workers to support a variety of care settings across Cornwall.

The Role

As a Healthcare Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals and helping them live with dignity, independence, and comfort.

Your duties may include:

Personal care and support
Assisting with daily living activities
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting residents with meals and hydration
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns

What We're Looking For

Previous healthcare or care experience preferred
A caring, reliable, and professional approach
Good communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Driving licence and access to a vehicle beneficial but not essential
