Production Operative - Burtonwood

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading manufacturing company in Burtonwood. This role is based in a fast-paced environment where precision, dexterity, and accuracy are essential to maintaining high production standards.

Shift patterns:
* Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
* Week 1: Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:00.
* Week 2: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.

Pay rates:
* £13.13 hourly.

Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
* Must have own transport to commute to site for a 06:00 start time (public transport is not available).
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg regularly and perform manual, repetitive tasks.
* Good level of English and basic maths skills.
* Genuine desire to work in a manufacturing environment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Role for Production Operative:
* Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients according to specific recipes.
* Perform quality checks and report results to ensure product standards.
* Maintain a clean and safe workstation between batches and allergen changes.
* Verify batches, quantities, and documentation to ensure compliance with product specifications.
* Complete all health and safety checks in line with company procedures.
