First Choice Selection Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Moores Concrete for Production Operatives to join their expanding team in Broughshane. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with a well-established and growing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality precast concrete products used in construction projects throughout the UK and Ireland, including a number of award-winning developments. Pay & Hours ? £13.00 per hour (£13.50 per hour after 12 weeks) ? Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm ? Overtime paid at Time and a Half ? Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Key Responsibilities ? Preparing moulds and production equipment. ? Pouring and handling concrete products. ? Producing precast concrete products in line with daily production targets. ? Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. ? Completing production records and timesheets accurately. ? Communicating effectively with Team Leaders regarding production progress. ? Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment. What We Need From You Previous production, manufacturing, construction, or labouring experience is essential. Willingness to undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties. Good understanding of spoken and written English.
