Female Support Worker

Pay rate: Sleep Ins £10.62 & £13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on package of care - Weekly or monthly pay available.
Shift pattern:36 hours per week - 8:00am - 20:00pm and 20:00pm - 8:00am with some shifts being 24 hour shifts.

We are looking for dedicated, compassionate female Support Worker with excellent communication skills to join our team, working across two established packages of care supporting them in their own homes. You will be supporting two gentlemen, both of whom are living with spinal cord injuries alongside additional complex health conditions.

• Personal care and support with daily routines
• Assistance with transfers
• Support with bowel care and suprapubic catheter care
• Administration of oral medication
• Meal preparation
• Supporting with mobility, including community access
• Accompanying to appointments such as physiotherapy
• Overnight bladder care

• Female support workers (role requirement)
• Experience supporting Spinal Cord Injuries or willingness to be trained
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, respectful, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
