The Role
Our Trainee Operations Manager programme is designed to develop future managers through a structured progression pathway that combines practical experience, leadership development, and business training.
You'll begin by learning the foundations of sales, customer acquisition, communication, and campaign management. This initial stage provides a strong understanding of how the business operates and how successful teams deliver results.
As your experience develops, you'll progress into operational and leadership training where you'll learn how to recruit, train, mentor, and manage teams while gaining exposure to the wider business.

- Supporting operational planning and execution
- Developing leadership and mentoring skills

As you progress through the programme, you'll take on increasing levels of responsibility with the goal of moving into a management position within the organisation.
