We are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a range of healthcare settings across Hertfordshire, Essex, and London.

Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, days, nights, or weekend work, we have flexible opportunities available to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support to patients and service users.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitoring and recording observations where required.
  • Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient care.
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
  • Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant (Minimum 6 months UK experience).
  • A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS. (we can assist in applying for this if required).
  • Mandatory & Statutory practical training (we can assist in booking renewals if required).
