Requirements:
- Previous UK healthcare assistant experience
- Community hospital, ward, NHS or inpatient experience preferred
- Competent with patient observations and documentation
- Confident supporting with personal care and mobility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, professional and proactive approach
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting patients with day-to-day care needs
- Completing and recording patient observations
- Assisting nurses with clinical and non-clinical tasks
- Supporting rehabilitation and patient independence
- Maintaining patient dignity and high standards of care
