Requirements:

  • Previous UK healthcare assistant experience
  • Community hospital, ward, NHS or inpatient experience preferred
  • Competent with patient observations and documentation
  • Confident supporting with personal care and mobility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, professional and proactive approach

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting patients with day-to-day care needs
  • Completing and recording patient observations
  • Assisting nurses with clinical and non-clinical tasks
  • Supporting rehabilitation and patient independence
  • Maintaining patient dignity and high standards of care
