Assistant Centre Manager

Job description

Assistant Centre Manager role for a growing automotive service centre, suited to an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, safety and excellent customer service. Must have a valid MOT Licence and a full UK driving licence.

Location: Banbury
Pay / salary: up to £34,000 basic per annum
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am 4pm (with day off in week)

Skills and experience
Applicants must have a proven track record in an Automotive Assistant Manager
City & Guilds or NVQ, or other relevant technical qualifications

Job Responsibilities for the Protyre Assistant Centre Manager role
Support the Centre Manager with day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring targets and business objectives are met
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers are dealt with promptly and professionally
Allocate work effectively to technicians to maximise productivity and maintain high standards
Maintain strong operational standards, including cleanliness, stock control, cost control and compliance
Assist with MOT testing, servicing and vehicle maintenance duties when required
