Support Worker Pay rate: £14.18- £15.23 per hour- Weekly or Monthly pay available!Shift pattern: 08:00-20:00, 20.00-08.00 including sleeping shiftsWe are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Truro.This person has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. Their favourite activities include arts and crafts, pottery .To help them make the most of these outings, were looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence .Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling this individual to live a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.
