About the Role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment for young children. Your duties will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-to-one support, and helping teachers deliver engaging lessons that inspire early years development.

Requirements of working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

• A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education (Essential)
• Ideally, six months or more classroom experience (Preferred)
• An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
• A genuine passion for supporting early years learning
• The ability to commute across Retford
