As Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will have the chance to make a genuine difference every day, helping an individual with an acquired brain injury live independently, stay active, and enjoy the activities that matter most to them.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification/experience
- Previous experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injury
- Understanding of rehabilitation-focused support and community-based care
- Ability to satisfy enhanced DBS clearance requirements
Part-time flexible working pattern including weekday, weekend, and sleep shifts on a rota basis.
