Production Operative – Night Shift

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG

Pay (Night Shift):

• £14.66 per hour (starter rate)
• £16.13 per hour (one skill)
• £18.99 per hour (multi-skilled)

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up high-tech production machinery
• Maintaining product quality to company standards
• Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multi-skilled

Overtime (Time and a Half):

• £21.99 per hour (starter rate)
• £24.20 per hour (one skill)
• £28.49 per hour (multi-skilled)
