Job description
One Sixth Form College in Nacton is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Inclusive Learning Team. This permanent role involves supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a one-to-one or small group setting within the classroom.
The ideal candidate will help students achieve their personal learning targets, encouraging independent learning and fostering positive relationships. A recognised Learning Support qualification is desirable, alongside excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
