Job detailsSenior Healthcare Assistant33 hours per week, daysThe care home:Our care home in Dalbeattie outskirts in South West Scotland, Munches Park provides specialist residential care and support to older people and people living with dementia.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plansSupport, mentor, and supervise Health Care AssistantsAssist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)Monitor and record service users physical and emotional wellbeingLiaise with nurses, families, and external professionalsRespond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concernsEnsure care records are accurate and up to datePromote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environmentWhat We OfferOngoing professional development and leadership trainingCompetitive hourly pay + pension schemeSupportive, friendly working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
