Job detailsSenior Healthcare AssistantFull time, part time and bank hours availableThe care home:Pemberton Fold is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with somewonderful spaces to relax in and enjoy company, including homely lounges and a large accessible garden.All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities, we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely.We run an extensive activity programme with activities that meet the different passions and interest of our residents with fun one-to-one as well as group activities such as arts and crafts. We also support people to enjoy days out in the community too.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plansSupport, mentor, and supervise Health Care AssistantsAssist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)Monitor and record service users physical and emotional wellbeingLiaise with nurses, families, and external professionalsRespond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concernsEnsure care records are accurate and up to datePromote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environmentWhat We OfferOngoing professional development and leadership trainingCompetitive hourly pay + pension schemeSupportive, friendly working environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
