Locum Band 5 ACT Pharmacy Technician – Midlands | Long‑Term Contract

One of our NHS clients in the Midlands is seeking a Locum Band 5 Pharmacy Technician (ACT) to join their team on a full‑time, potentially long‑term basis.

Location: Midlands

Start Date: From 1st July (awaiting final confirmation)

⏳ Duration: Up to 12 months (dependent on recruitment)

Hours: Monday–Friday

• 10:00–18:00 (30‑min lunch)

• or 09:30–18:00 (1‑hour lunch)

Pay Rate: £19–£20 ph umbrella (its PAYE equivalent)

About the Role

This position centres on accuracy checking duties across both the pharmacy dispensary and outpatients pharmacy, supporting the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality service.

You’ll be working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive NHS environment, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient care.

✅ Essential Requirements

GPhC‑registered Pharmacy Technician

ACT qualification (mandatory)

Previous NHS hospital experience
