This role has been designed for someone with the ambition and potential to progress into a Principal Clinical Neuropsychologist position over time, supported by excellent supervision, mentorship and professional development opportunities.

You'll work with adults living with:

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who wants to build specialist expertise in neuropsychology while developing the leadership skills required for future progression.
You will:
- Deliver specialist psychological assessment and intervention within a neurorehabilitation setting.
- Develop your knowledge and experience of neuropsychological assessment and formulation.
- Work closely with individuals, families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and innovation projects.
- Receive specialist supervision and support from experienced neuropsychology professionals.
- Develop consultation, leadership and supervisory skills within a supportive environment.
- Play an active role in shaping the future of the service.
About You
You May Be:
- A newly qualified Clinical Psychologist with a strong interest in Neuropsychology.
- A Band 7 Clinical Psychologist looking for progression into a more senior role.
- A Band 8A Psychologist seeking greater exposure to leadership, service development and neurorehabilitation.
- A psychologist who enjoys working with complex presentations and multidisciplinary teams.
What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent qualification eligible for HCPC registration).
- Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Strong clinical assessment, formulation and intervention skills.
- Experience producing high-quality clinical reports.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and evidence-based practice.
- Alignment with Brainkind's values and commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
Desirable
- Experience working with neurological conditions, brain injury or complex rehabilitation.
- Interest in Neuropsychology and Neurorehabilitation.
- Experience supervising assistant psychologists, trainees or junior colleagues.
- Research, audit or service development experience.
