Job description
We are seeking a reliable and organised Health & Safety Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our scaffolding operations.
This is a key support role focused on maintaining accurate records, coordinating routine inspections, and ensuring equipment, PPE, and training information is kept up to date across our sites.
This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys structured administrative work and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a growing business.
Based at our Head Office in Uxbridge, with the need to travel to sites as and when required. Normal office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records for:
- Scaffold inspections
- Harness inspections
- Training and certification
- Operational Assets.
- Monitor inspection schedules and send reminders to site teams
- Track PPE stock levels and arrange orders when required
- Maintain harness and equipment registers
- Track training expiry dates and flag upcoming renewals
- Liaise with site supervisors to ensure records are returned on time
- Support the HSEQ Department with general administrative tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and office-based systems
- Comfortable following up with site teams to obtain information
- Reliable, consistent, and methodical in approach
- Construction background desirable but not essential.
