Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving student enrolment growth? This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic business development professional to lead recruitment initiatives, expand partner networks, and contribute to organizational growth in the education sector.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new recruitment partnerships, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving student enrolment targets. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create sustainable growth opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Business Growth
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational organizations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
- Present organizational offerings to prospective partners and negotiate partnership agreements
Student Recruitment & Enrolment Growth
- Support the achievement of student recruitment and enrolment targets across multiple intakes
- Manage partner performance and ensure recruitment objectives are achieved
- Collaborate with programme management teams to maximize enrolment opportunities
- Monitor recruitment pipelines and implement strategies to drive growth
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Analyze customer and partner feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and partnership performance
- Review financial and operational data to identify revenue growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Provide recommendations on market positioning and business development strategies
Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support business development team members
- Deliver training sessions and business updates to recruitment partners
- Foster strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment and partnership operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as required
