  • ll:Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of the organisation's Health & Safety Management Syst
  • em.Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation and recognised industry standar
  • ds.Manage and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management syste
  • ms.Develop, review and implement health and safety policies, procedures and safe systems of wo
  • rk.Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments, ensuring effective corrective actions are implement
  • ed.Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and driving preventative improvemen
  • ts.Deliver health and safety training, guidance and coaching to managers and employe
  • es.Produce performance reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior manageme
  • nt.Support contractor management processes, including reviewing competence, risk assessments and method statemen
  • ts.Assist with tender, procurement and pre-construction activities by providing health and safety expertise where requir

  • ems.Experience maintaining ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management syst
