Personalised 4 Autism took over the management of an established service in Rushden and are now expanding the team and are looking for people to join us who echo are core GROW values.
In summary, we want people who are Goal focused, who can channel this into achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. Encourages people's individuality and be inclusive in providing support with Respect for the individual choices they make. Can take the lead and use their initiative to take Ownership of solving a problem or creating a positive experience. Understands the importance of Working together as a team with open communication to achieve a shared outcome.
