Job description

We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work within a range of primary schools supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced LSAs, Teaching Assistants, graduates, or those looking to build a career within education.

Responsibilities:

Support pupils with their learning and development

Deliver interventions and small group activities

Provide 1:1 support where required

Assist children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs

Work closely with teachers and SENCOs

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people

Positive, patient and nurturing approach

Strong communication skills

Ability to build positive relationships

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
