Meta Creative Consultant (Training & Upskilling)
Freelance | 2–3 Day Engagement | London / Hybrid
We’re working with a leading creative agency looking to bring in a Meta Creative Consultant to work directly with their in-house team.
This isn’t campaign management.
It’s about helping a strong creative team get sharper at Meta Ads Production.
The brief
- Upskill creatives on what’s working on Meta right now
- Share best practice around performance-led creative
- Improve how the team thinks about testing and iteration
- Bring structure to creative decision-making and output
What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing existing Meta creative and identifying gaps
- Sharing current best practice and platform nuances
- Coaching creatives and stakeholders
- Advising on testing frameworks and optimisation
- Recommending improvements to workflow and production
- Delivering practical, usable guidance the team can apply immediately
What they’re looking for
- Strong track record in Meta ad creative
- Background in paid social, performance creative or creative strategy
- Comfortable working alongside and coaching creative teams
- Able to translate performance into clear creative direction
- Confident running sessions, workshops or training
Nice to have
- Beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand experience
- Previous consulting or team training work
