About the Company
A leading Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2–5 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team in South West London.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, specialist team handling a varied caseload of high-quality claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters. Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Advising clients on legal strategy, procedures and case progression.
- Attending client meetings, conferences and, where required, representing clients in court.
- Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and professional standards.
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and accurately recording chargeable time.
Qualifications
- Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 2–5 years' PQE who can demonstrate a strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above.
Required Skills
- Experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters, ideally alongside broader personal injury litigation.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent technical ability and keen attention to detail.
- The confidence to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team.
- A genuine ambition to develop a long-term career within a leading claimant practice.
