wWe are looking for a commercially driven Paid Social & TikTok Shop Manager to lead paid social strategy and TikTok Shop growth for beauty clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, social commerce, and the beauty industry, who understands how to drive both brand visibility and direct revenue across platforms

.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant social channels, alongside running and growing TikTok Shop for beauty brands. You will be responsible for building full-funnel paid strategies, optimizing shop performance, supporting creator and affiliate activity, and turning social content into measurable sales

  • ntDevelop and execute paid social strategies across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant social platforms for beauty client
  • s.Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, conversion, and revenue growt
  • h.Build audience strategies, testing plans, creative recommendations, and media plans tailored to each beauty client’s goal
  • s.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
  • s.Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure paid social assets are platform-native, performance-led, and aligned with campaign objective
