We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our well-established, progressive, supportive practice, working up to 8 sessions per week, with the number of sessions negotiable and open to discussion at interview. About Us
Logan Practice is a thriving training practice situated over Level 2 and 3 of the Houldsworth Centre, Wishaw. Our patient population is currently around 18,000 patients with mixed demographics; which will allow the successful candidate to experience a varied and diverse role. Our practice consists of 7 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP’s, 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 4 Practice Nurses, Clinical Support Worker, CPN, Mental Health Liaison Nurses, Link Worker, Occupational Therapy, Welfare Officer, Pharmacists, GPST, FY2, who are all supported by our experienced Patient Service Advisors, Administrative Team and Management Team.
As a well‑established training practice, we are actively involved in the education and development of future clinicians. We regular host GP Speciality Registrars, FY2 Doctors, and Medical Students from a number of universities, creating a dynamic, collaborative, and learning‑focused environment.
As a forward‑thinking practice, we continually invest in improving patient access and supporting our clinical team. We use Heidi AI transcription, an upgraded telephone system, and an online platform to improve access, reduce 8am call volumes, and enhance the patient experience

What we are looking for
We would love to hear from GP’s who are:
- GMC‑registered GP with a strong commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Passion for high‑quality, holistic patient care
- Enthusiastic about working within a multidisciplinary environment
- Interested in teaching, quality improvement, leadership or developing specialist interests (although this is not essential)
- Familiar with Vision and Docman systems, however training will be provided
