Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years experience required for an established Kent Building Contractor. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on Retail/Hospitality Fitout and Industrial Refurbishment projects across the Kent & South East region. Assistant Quantity Surveyors with construction/refurbishment/fit-out experience in recent years are desirable. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be working on restaurants, high street retail outlets, restaurant and bar fitout as well as some warehouse refurbishment works. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working from the Gravesend head office with site visits as required.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor will also be based out of the Gravesend Head Office.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Key Skills

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience for Contractor
• Construction/Refurbishment/Fitout experience desirable but not essential
• QS Degree qualified but not essential

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 - £40,000
• Negotiable package for the right candidate
