Production Operative - Spalding

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Spalding. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.

Shift Patterns:
* Hygiene Operative: 13:30 - 22:00 (5 days out of 7)
* Abattoir Operative: 06:30 - 15:30 (5 days out of 7)
* Hanging Hall Operative: 05:30 - 14:30 (5 days out of 7)
* Packing Operative: 07:30 - 16:00 (5 days out of 7)

Pay Rates:
* 13.21 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative:
* Own transport is required due to the site location.
* No formal qualifications are needed.
* Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable requirements for Production Operative:
* Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
* Team player with good communication skills.

Role tasks for Production Operative:
* Processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork.
* Mixing and blending ingredients according to order requirements.
* Labelling finished products accurately.
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in line with food safety standards.
